Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original, undamaged packaging including all components, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
