The Schoolhouse Glass Pendant Light is a beautiful reproduction of a classic light often found in public libraries, schools and courthouses in years gone by. These hand blown glass shades are a timeless classic and were extremely popular in the 1920s which is testament to the designers of that era. The clean lines give it timeless appeal which can be incorporated into any contemporary or traditional room.

About the Boston Schoolhouse Glass Pendant Light:
- These shades are available in small and large.
- The black or white cloth cord suspension option comes with the small shade only. It measures 1.8m and has a ceiling rose that is 100mm in diameter and 25mm high (not including the cord grip).
- The chain/cord suspension option comes in black and is for the large shade only. It has a 2.1m drop from the ceiling to the bottom of the gallery (not including the height of the shade). The ceiling rose is 100mm in diameter and 60mm high. Available in black or white finishes.
- The rod suspension option comes in three colours and is 760mm in length.
- The poles are available in the following drop sizes: 380mm, 570mm, 760mm, 950mm, 1140mm, 1330mm, 1520mm and 1710mm. Greater lengths available if needed, just contact us.
- The chain cord can easily be shortened and can also be ordered for any longer drop lengths. The rods are also available in shorter and longer lengths. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- The wooden mounting block pictured is not included but can be purchased separately here. Select the 10cm version for the round cord and the 12cm version for the chain cord from the drop down menu.
- The shades are hand blown glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolouration are characteristics of all hand blown glass. They are not considered defects.
- Requires one Australian standard B22 (bayonet) 40W max light bulb.
