This cord has a functionality you will appreciate with an adjustable tension mechanism. The counter weight system then allows the light to be lowered and raised freely. It is an ideal lighting accessory for spaces in need of directional light and functionality. Place in a kitchen or living room above a table or eating area or in a pizzeria and restaurant kitchen.

About the Rise & Fall Pendant Cord:

• Late 70s inspired pendant cord. This pendant cord is made from plastic with a black finish. 
• It features an adjustable tension mechanism inside the ceiling rose. The tension mechanism is set during installation to offset the weight of the shade. The counter weight system then allows the light to be lowered and raised freely. 
• Please note: light shades need to weigh 1.5kg - 5kg to keep the pendant cord from retracting back up towards the ceiling rose. Therefore it is imperative you not pair with a lighter shade.
• The approximate minimum drop from the ceiling rose to the top of the lampholder is 600mm and the approximate maximum drop is 1300mm. 
• The black plastic ceiling rose measures 85mm in diameter and is 90mm in height.  
• Takes a standard B22 light bulb. Max 40W.
