About the Chelsea Batten Light: 

• The batten holder facilitates the fitting of shades in close proximity to the ceiling.
• Choose from three batten finishes to match your decor as the metal batten holder is available in black, gold/brass or white finish. 
• The shade is fitted to the lampholder with a metal gallery. All batten holders come with a matching gallery.
• The shades have been created from handmade milky opal glass and are a testament to timeless design. The opal glass shade is available in extra small, small, medium, or large sizes with an opal matt finish on the large shade only.
• The glass shade is blown glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolouration are characteristics of this type of glass. They are not considered defects.
  
• The extra small shade can fit a max diameter light bulb of 65mm, the  small and medium shade can fit a 75mm max diameter light bulb, and the large shade can fit a 125mm max diameter light bulb.
  
• The wooden mounting block pictured are not included but can be purchased separately here. Select the 10cm version for this fitting.
• The lampholder has a removable lamp shade ring and takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb. Max 40W.
